The main challenge we faced was the optimization of the process of tray unstacking and the possibility of increasing the filling performance of these trays. This was achieved thanks to the diversion of trays in two lanes, which allows doubling the number of trays to be filled. In addition, we had to solve the dosing process of the raw pasta directly on the tray, taking into account the different types of pasta, which we solved with a six-head dosing system by weight, customized for this type of product.
