Description
The automatic tray loader is a solution that includes several devices that allow the control and the product loading in trays in a safe, fast and efficient way.
A conveyor collects the product from the input conveyor and transports it to the loading area. This conveyor accompanies it until it is deposited inside a waiting tray from the tray denester, a removable and interchangeable mechanism that allows for a regular flow of trays and adapts to the characteristics of a multitude of containers. At the same time, the tray is filled according to the number of rows and/or layers configured through the touch screen. Once the system detects that the task has been fulfilled, an automatic conveyor that transports the tray to the exit point is activated.
