Convention 2016
In February, Veserkal held a convention to assess the past and plan for the future.
This meeting was attended by a large number of professionals in our team, who openly expressed their views on various issues, sharing their experience and knowledge with other colleagues. Later on, we also had the chance to analyse the evolution we have experienced in the recent years, a look back that allowed us to treat those aspects that we would like to strengthen in the future.
Once internal issues had been treated, we shared a nice meal with our team and their families and then we showed them our new facilities.
Overall, we believe that was a very enriching experience both from a personal and professional point of view.
In conclusion, we think that this kind of events are of vital importance to us, as our company is made up of different departments working in a coordinated manner to achieve the best results.
We have no doubt that all our achievements are the result of joint effort, a very valuable skill if we want to keep the true essence of our business model. And as a result, it is essential to strengthen the dialogue between our various working teams.
