Team cohesion, optimal results
In April, Veserkal organised a convention, in which representatives of the several departments of the company took part.
In the course of the event different aspects were considerer in order to improve their tasks and unite the team even more. As already known, Veserkal managing team is completely aware of the fact that excellence can only be achieved with effort. Therefore, great efforts have been invested to create a multidisciplinary team that is fully prepared to respond to multiple and changeable requirements.
These meetings allow for valuing the work made so far, share future goals and especially promote communication among the several departments.
To sum up, it was a really positive experience that helped us both to detect some weaknesses and reveal our potentialities.
